Job Title: HR Executive Location: PENUKONDA Reporting To: HR Manager Industry: Construction & Metal Fabrication Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for a team of 2530 site/factory workers and 6–7 office staff members. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, employee welfare, and compliance with labour laws, while acting as a key bridge between management and employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Workforce Management • Maintain daily attendance records of workers and staff. • Manage shift schedules, leave tracking, and ensure adequate workforce availability. • Resolve worker/staff grievances promptly and professionally. 2. Recruitment & Onboarding • Assist in hiring workers and staff as per manpower requirements. • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management for final selection. • Manage onboarding documentation and orientation programs. 3. Payroll & Compliance • Collect and verify attendance for payroll processing. • Coordinate with accounts/payroll department for timely salary disbursement. • Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.). • Maintain and update employee records as per legal requirements. 4. Employee Engagement & Welfare • Foster a healthy and positive work environment. • Organize basic welfare activities (ID cards, uniforms, first aid, etc.). • Ensure safe working conditions in line with company and legal standards. 5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks • Prepare and maintain HR reports (attendance, turnover, etc.). • Liaise with government authorities during inspections or audits. • Support management in HR-related decision-making. • Land approvals • Recruiting Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related sectors. • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance. • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR software. Preferred Qualities: • Fluent in local language(s) and basic English. • Ability to handle workforce-related issues calmly and diplomatically. • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity. Work Timing: 8AM – 5 PM Salary: 3.75 LPA TO 4.5 LPA Benefits: [ESI, PF, Uniform, etc.]
