Speech Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our hospital-based therapy team. This position serves a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings, with an opportunity to treat both adults and children. Ideal candidate will have some experience or interest in working with pediatric patients, particularly in hospital or clinical environments. You’ll work collaboratively with medical professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan, with an emphasis on individuals recovering from stroke, trauma, neurological conditions, or developmental delays.

Provide speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, and dysphagia therapy in inpatient units (ICU, medical/surgical, pediatrics) and outpatient clinics.

Conduct age-appropriate assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Work with pediatric patients (as assigned) with speech and feeding difficulties, developmental delays, or neurological conditions.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, and case managers.

Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment strategies, and home care.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, discharge planning, and quality initiatives.

Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with hospital, legal, and professional standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
