Its dedication to quality and innovation continues to meet the needs of the construction industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sangli for a Field Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining and building relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets and revenue goals. Responsibilities include promoting the company's construction chemical products, understanding client needs, providing product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and generating regular sales reports. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Understanding of construction chemicals, market trends, and a technical background is preferred. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in an on-site sales environment. Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills to track sales and manage client information. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as part of the role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.
