Job Title Specialist, Software Development Engineering JD We are looking for a seasoned Data Engineer for designing and developing Data Applications powering various Operational and Analytical use cases. What does a successful Data Engineer do at Fiserv? You will be responsible for developing to Data solutions on Cloud along with Product enhancements and new features. As a hands-on engineer, you will be working in an Agile development model in developing and maintaining Data solutions including Data ingestion, Transformation, and reporting. What you will do: Responsible to drive Data and Analytical application development and maintenance Design and develop highly efficient Data engineering pipelines and Database systems leveraging Oracle/Snowflake, AWS, Java Demonstrate building highly efficient and performing Data applications catering to Business with higher data accuracy and faster response. Optimize performance, fixes bugs to improve Data availability and Accuracy. Create Technical Design documents. Collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow, solutions to complex business problems. Develop reusable assets, Create knowledge repository. What you will need to have: 7+ years of experience in designing and deploying Enterprise-level Data Applications Strong development/technical skills in PL/SQL, Oracle, Shell Scripting, Java, Spring Boot Experience in Cloud platforms like AWS and having experience in one of the Cloud Databases like Snowflake or Redshift Strong understanding and development skill in Data Transformations and Aggregations What would be great to have: Experience in Java, Restful APIs Experience in handling Real-time data loading using Kafka would be advantage.
