What does a successful Business Analyst do at Fiserv ? Analyse and evaluate the business requirements from client stakeholders. Provide optimized business solutions to client business teams with key focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency. What will you do: As a business analyst, you will be involved in: Requirement gathering from client business team. Elicit detailed requirement from all impacted business. Translate the requirement insights with well-defined acceptance criteria. Analyse the business requirements, create the requirement document, and take it further to internal team for design and solution. What will you need to know: Should have strong Domain knowledge in Credit cards, Payments, Authorization, Migration, Vision Plus modules FAS, CMS, TRAMS, TRIAD, FALCON etc. Knowledge of web technology solutions, API structure & Product solutions. Should have excellent communication skills & having an experience of Interaction with Clients, Business users & different Stakeholders. What would be great to have: Proficient in data visualization and presentation preparation will be an added advantage.
