Position Overview The position, will be focusing on the development of models for value quantification for pricing & GTM approach. This role will assist in quantifying the value of Mastercards services, driving client engagement, and supporting strategic business outcomes. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a keen ability to translate business needs into effective tools and solutions, with a focus on integrating AI and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making. The team will focus on two critical areas: Role Responsibilities Value Quantification & Proof of Concept Tool Development oAssist in developing and enhancing AI-driven analytics POC to help internal teams quantify the value of Mastercard s services, enabling effective communication of service value and boosting customer engagement. Partner with I&E team closely to achieve the same. Insight Generation & Reporting oHelp generate actionable insights from business analytics, providing clear, data-backed recommendations for pre-sales efforts, pricing optimization, and customer engagement. Revenue Optimization : Drive sustainable revenue growth through capitalization of revenue opportunities, optimization of pricing strategies, and implementation of revenue assurance processes End-to-End Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects independently, engaging with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, and Billing to deliver impactful outcomes. Executive Storytelling: Create clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. What You Bring We re looking for a dynamic professional with a unique blend of analytical, organizational, and collaborative capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess: Intellectual Curiosity: A deep eagerness to learn about Mastercard s Services business, technical systems, economic drivers, and billing processes. Analytical Expertise: Advanced quantitative analysis skills to develop accurate financial models, identify key insights, and drive informed decision-making. Project Management Excellence: Proven ability to decompose complex projects into actionable steps, prioritize effectively, and execute on time in a fast-paced environment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience building trust and fostering productive relationships across diverse teams and functions. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of financial modeling. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Experience: Five or more years of relevant experience in finance, data analytics, or a related field.
