Specialist Network Security

Role Overview: As a Specialist in Network Security Operations at AB InBev GCC, your role will involve supporting the Firewall & Web Proxy infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring technical controls and platform hygiene are maintained, reviewing critical service dashboard status daily, coordinating maintenance and planned changes, managing implementation tasks on FW platform, day-to-day administration tasks related to web proxy service, enhancing monitoring coverage of critical services and Network Devices, operating as part of the team running operations 24x7, ensuring KPIs and Service Levels are met, and maintaining platform SOP and other documents periodically. Key Responsibilities: - Operate as a member of the Global Network Operations Group, managing Network Security infrastructure (Firewalls & Web Proxy). - Maintain the operational aspects of the technology platform, including configuration management, new feature inclusion, global architecture standards, and technical documentation. - Manage technical escalation and crises in a 24x7 operational environment. - Act as a technical interface to AB InBev Zones on escalated matters. - Ensure the Firewall platform is set up as per requirements. - Strive to achieve and maintain high customer survey feedback. - Operate 24x7 in rotational shifts with other SMEs as part of a team. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline. - Experience: 4-6 years of IT experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Network security operations and delivery, experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco ASA platforms, managing cloud-based Web Proxy platforms like Zscaler or Netskope, understanding of ZTNA, SSL, VPNs, Encryption methodologies, and cyber security terminologies, familiarity with public cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, or MS Azure, PCNSE 9 or NSE 4 certification mandatory, certification on 1 public cloud platform advantageous, minimum 3 years of operations experience as a network security analyst in a global network & security operations environment. - Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives, deliver on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer service level agreements. - Process Improvement: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements and solutions. - Technical: Experience with network security platforms like Palo Alto NGFW, Fortinet NGFW, Zscaler, Netskope. - Personal: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to share technical expertise clearly and effectively with all levels of audiences, strong flexibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.,
