Job Description

Experience: 12-20 years Location: Trivandrum, Chennai, Kochi Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced JIRA Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of JIRA solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JIRA Data Center to Cloud migrations, multi-tenant architecture, Confluence management, and cloud-based integrations . This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless performance and efficiency of the Atlassian ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration of JIRA Data Center (DC) to JIRA Cloud , ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity. Design and implement multi-tenant JIRA architecture to consolidate multiple entities efficiently. Manage and optimize Confluence for improved knowledge management and collaboration. Integrate JIRA with cloud-based applications using AWS and Azure services . Develop and maintain application integrations with JIRA using webhooks and APIs . Customize JIRA and Confluence using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to enhance user experience. Mandatory Skills: JIRA Data Center to Cloud migration experience. Multi-tenant JIRA architecture design and implementation. Confluence management and optimization. Cloud-based integrations (AWS, Azure). JIRA API development, webhooks, and automation. Customization using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Good to Have Skills: Experience with Atlassian Access and SSO integration . Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation. Exposure to ITSM/ITIL frameworks using JIRA Service Management. Understanding of JIRA performance tuning and security best practices .
