Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Application Consultant with expertise in Node.js and Python, and hands-on experience in developing and migrating applications across AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in serverless computing, cloud-native development, and cloud migration, particularly from AWS to Azure. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy applications using Node.js and Python on Azure and AWS platforms. Lead and support AWS to Azure migration efforts, including application and infrastructure components. Analyze source architecture and code to identify AWS service dependencies and remediation needs. Refactor and update codebases to align with Azure services, including Azure Functions, AKS, and Blob Storage. Develop and maintain deployment scripts and CI/CD pipelines for Azure environments. Migrate serverless applications from AWS Lambda to Azure Functions using Node.js or Python. Support unit testing, application testing, and troubleshooting in Azure environments. Work with containerized applications, Kubernetes, Helm charts, and Azure PaaS services. Handle AWS to Azure SDK conversions and data migration tasks (e.g., S3 to Azure Blob). Required Skills 8+ years of experience in application development using Node.js and Python. Strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms. Proficiency in Azure Functions, AKS, App Services, APIM, and Blob Storage. Experience with AWS Lambda to Azure Functions migration (Must Have). Solid understanding of Azure PaaS and serverless architecture. Experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and microservices. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in cloud environments.
