Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and support assigned applications, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance. Provide subject matter expertise, acting as a go-to resource for application-specific knowledge. Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users. Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and optimize processes for continuous improvement. Stay current with industry trends and share best practices with the team. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security requirements while maintaining compliance standards. Flexible with shifts and occasional weekend support. Key Competencies Full life-cycle experience on enterprise software development projects. Experience in relational databases/ data marts/data warehouses and complex SQL programming. Extensive experience in ETL, shell or python scripting, data modelling, analysis, and preparation Experience in Unix/Linux system, files systems, shell scripting. Good to have knowledge on any cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks etc. Good to have experience in BI Reporting tools Power BI Good problem-solving and analytical skills used to resolve technical problems. Must possess a good understanding of Compliance and Security Standards (preferably US standards). Ability to work independently but must be a team player. Should be able to drive business decisions and take ownership of their work. Experience in presentation design, development, delivery, and good communication skills to present analytical results and recommendations for action-oriented data driven decisions and associated operational and financial impacts. Required/Desired Skills Application: Databricks Languages: Python, Shell Scripting, PLSQL, SQL Cloud Technologies: Azure. Tools: Jupyter Notebooks, SQL Developer, Postman, IDE. Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field. 4+ years of experience in working in Engineering or Development roles with Compliance Standards 4+ years of experience building high transaction defensive web applications and Python applications 2+ years of experience in cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Ansible, Chef or Terraform 2+ years of experience in creating application for container services Docker, Kubernetes, 2+ years of experience in build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus or Sonar Proficiency in Unix/Linux command line 1+ years of experience in building applications using Large Language Models. 1+ years of experience in building intelligent automation using Power Automate 1+ years of experience in using Agentic framework 1+ years of experience in building accurate prompts for AI tools. Expert knowledge and experience working with asynchronous message processing, stream processing and event driven computing.
