Specialist CyberSecurity (Sr. SailPoint IIQ Developer)

You are a highly skilled Sr. Developer with over 7 years of experience, specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). As part of the cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure secure and compliant access across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing scalable SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements. Customizing and integrating SailPoint components using Java, JavaScript, and XML will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will provide support and maintenance of IAM systems to ensure high availability and performance. Developing and maintaining technical documentation, configuration guides, and test plans will also be essential. You will lead root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and performance tuning of IAM platforms. Moreover, you will ensure security compliance through Identity Governance and Key Management best practices. Mentoring junior developers and sharing knowledge on best practices in IAM will be expected from you. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity domain is crucial for success in this role. Your required skills include a strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ architecture, development, and implementation, proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, and SpringBoot, experience with IDAM SailPoint IdentityNow, knowledge in Identity Governance, Data Encryption, and Key Management, strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, SailPoint certifications, and experience in integrating with HR systems, directories (LDAP/AD), and cloud platforms.,
