Specialist, Business Analysis

Role Overview: You are a Specialist, Business Analyst at BetaNXT, responsible for leading product management efforts for complex business critical applications and services. Your role involves coordinating requirements and deliverables across multiple business units, analyzing and documenting business requirements, and providing clear User Stories for Agile project teams. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the wealth advisor experience through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage complex products by coordinating requirements and deliverables across multiple business units - Report accurate project status to management regularly - Identify, analyze, and document business requirements as User Stories for Agile development - Participate in Product Owner and Scrum Team Agile grooming sessions to define and present User Stories - Analyze and document existing applications and processes - Participate effectively in meetings, calls, etc., in various roles to ensure project success - Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to deliver high-quality service to customers - Collaborate with other analysts and project contributors to create comprehensive solution approaches Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience - 8-9 years of Business Analysis experience - Mandatory knowledge of Securities Processing, specifically corporate actions - Experience in Agile development environment is highly desired - Must have knowledge of corporate actions and significant exposure to Capital Markets domain - Preferred experience with ISO20022 or Swift message - Strong experience in the financial services and securities industry - Solid understanding of Registered and Beneficial securities processing - Mandatory SQL experience Additional Company Details: BetaNXT powers the future of connected wealth management infrastructure solutions by leveraging real-time data capabilities to enhance the wealth advisor experience.
