Roles and Responsibilities Sales Experience with Department of Space (ISRO), Defence Labs (DRDO), CSIR Labs, IITs, IISc, IISERs, Universities, etc. Knowledge of market for various lasers which are used by industries like- Fiber Lasers, UV Lasers, Picosecond Lasers, Diode Lasers, Co2 Lasers, High power diode lasers and other lasers which are used by industries. Will have to generate leads for Customized solution as per customer's requirement. Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA. Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing Advertising services to increase the market share of promising designs. Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical understanding and business development acumen to promote and sell our range of Customised Machines and Principal Products. The role involves customer engagement, technical understanding, solution selling, and long-term relationship managementprimarily in the educational, institutional, and R&D sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government labs, Academic Institutes, and Industry. Promote and sell a portfolio of customized machines (e.g., laser systems, 3D printers, engraving machines) and principal products sourced from international partners. Serve as a technical advisor to customers – understanding application needs and recommending suitable solutions. Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and product training for customers. Work closely with the internal design to offer custom solutions when standard products do not meet customer requirements. Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and follow through on the complete sales cycle. Participate in tenders, exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional activities. Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and service support. Stay updated on emerging technologies and competitors' offerings.
