Sparking Technician (Injection Moulding)

You are a skilled Injection Moulding & Sparking (EDM) Technician with hands-on experience in mould handling, sparking operations, and basic machine maintenance. Your role will primarily be on the shop floor, requiring technical proficiency to independently manage mould modifications and support efficient moulding operations. Your key responsibilities will include performing Sparking (Electrical Discharge Machining) for mould adjustments, repairs, and fine modifications. You will operate injection moulding machines, assist in mould changeovers and machine setup, conduct minor machine maintenance, and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and functionality of tooling and work areas while strictly following safety and quality procedures. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of relevant, hands-on experience in injection moulding and sparking (EDM). You must be familiar with mould mechanics, spark erosion tools, and basic workshop equipment. Your skills in identifying tooling-related issues and carrying out corrective actions will be crucial. Moreover, you should be comfortable working in a factory environment with 12-hour day shifts. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule.,
