Key Qualifications & Skills: Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (minimum), with additional knowledge of 3D design software and Photoshop being a strong advantage. Design Expertise: Experience with architectural and interior design drawings, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. Strong Design Sense: A keen eye for design with the ability to translate concepts into technical drawings and presentations. Adaptability: Comfortable working on multiple tasks and adjusting to changing project needs and client feedback. Self-Motivation: Able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
