This role requires versatility, as the candidate will be expected to contribute across various stages of design and project management. Key Responsibilities: Working Drawings & GFC Drawings: Prepare accurate, high-quality drawings, including detailed working and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings. Design Development & Conceptualization: Assist in the creation and development of design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements. Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with seniors, project supervisors, and clients to incorporate feedback and adapt designs as necessary. Vendor & Client Management: Support in managing vendor relationships, procurement, and client interactions to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Multi-tasking Across Projects: Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving requirements. Research & Innovation: Conduct design research and stay current with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to each project. General Support: Assist in procurement processes and offer administrative support where necessary. Key Qualifications & Skills: Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel (minimum), with additional knowledge of 3D design software and Photoshop being a strong advantage. Design Expertise: Experience with architectural and interior design drawings, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. Strong Design Sense: A keen eye for design with the ability to translate concepts into technical drawings and presentations. Adaptability: Comfortable working on multiple tasks and adjusting to changing project needs and client feedback. Self-Motivation: Able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience in Vendor & Client Relations: Some background in managing relationships with vendors and assisting with client-facing tasks is preferred.
