Thare are 248 flats in the building , having five blocks and four stores building with a small swimming pool for Manley for kids, a hall for small gathering of flat owners a gim for good health all owners have thare parking space for car, two side entrance and exit, located in Whitfield

The apartment has all facilities.. Including gym, swimming pool, children's play area, place to walk, jog, sit out for relaxation.. Lift, 24hrs power back up, 24hrs water supply.. Peaceful.. D nly problem s its a bit far from d main road.. …

Apartment is decent however the surrounding are still under development and road is narrow. However has 2 different roads for quick access to Channasandra Road and Whitefield main roads.

Gated community with all amenities. Phase 2 is also ready to occupy now. Nice locality in Whitefield . Walking distance from main Whitefield area and forum value mall.

Nice Place to be. I am staying at this place on rent and it fabulous to be here. Gym, Club Room, Swimming pool. Also festivals are celebrated here with enthusiasm. Great place to stay.

Do not trust this builder...he is a cheater..crm is extremly unprofessional. There are legal issues in sowparnika projects does not give oc wven though they commit..example sowparnika sanvi phase 2 they have not provided oc even after 3 …

Walkable distance to hopefarm and upcoming metro station. Within range of few meters we have mall, shops, restaurant and all facilities.

Decent multifloored apartment complex. Have a swimming pool n play area for kids. Good security system for entire complex
