About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for the Vetrinary Diagnostic product range. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, develop strong customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Identify and build relationships with key customers, including veterinary clinics, hospitals, and distributors. Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices. Basic Requirements: Education : Graduate in Life Sciences, Bio medical, Veterinary Science, or related fields (MBA preferred). Experience : 3+ years in sales, preferably in Veterinary, Diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals industries. Fresher can also apply. Skills : Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage and grow a sales territory. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Role & responsibilities Must be willing to travel extensively across Karnataka. Preferred candidate profile Having experience in selling Vetrinary Products.
