We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage attendance and payroll using KEKA software, handle recruitment and manpower requirements, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Attendance & Payroll Management: Maintain and process employee attendance and payroll using KEKA software with accuracy and timeliness. Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process to meet manpower needs. Manpower Handling: Manage employee records and support workforce planning. Statutory Compliance: Prepare and file monthly statutory compliance documents such as challans and other related reports. Administration: Oversee and coordinate housekeeping, security, canteen services, transport arrangements, and ticketing. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role. Hands-on experience with KEKA software for attendance and payroll management. Good knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll and HR processes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
