The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH certified and experienced in industrial safety practices, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to local, state, and national safety regulations including TNPCB Maintain compliance with NEBOSH standards and factory safety laws. Risk Management: Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification across production, storage, and bottling areas. Recommend and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans including fire safety, chemical spills, and evacuation procedures. Training & Awareness: Implementation of PPE usage, machine safety, and Material handling. Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions safety induction programs for new employees.. Inspections & Audits: Perform routine safety inspections of equipment, machinery, and work areas. Lead internal safety audits and support external inspections. Incident Management: Investigate accidents and record near-misses, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures including CAPA. Maintain accurate documentation of safety incidents and corrective actions. Collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance, and HR teams to integrate safety into daily operations. Liaise with external safety agencies and regulatory bodies as needed. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards. Familiarity with hazardous material handling and fire safety systems. Excellent communication and training skills. Proficiency in safety documentation and reporting.

Role Overview The Mechanical Engineer (Procurement) will be responsible for supporting commercial activities while ensuring efficient procurement of materials required for manufacturing and production. The role requires coordination with internal teams, vendors, and logistics to ensure timely availability of quality materials for our bottling unit Key Responsibilities • Assist in testing of mechanical components and systems. • Support manufacturing and production departments by ensuring the timely procurement of required materials such as mechanical, electrical, and engineering items, as well as other consumables and raw materials. • Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time material delivery. • Participate in vendor identification, evaluation, development, and negotiation. • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation (inquiries, quotations, comparative statements, POs, etc.). • Coordinate with logistics officers for shipment handling, transportation, and delivery. • Verify incoming materials for compliance with specifications and quality standards. • Process supplier invoices as per contract terms.
