JD Legal and Regulatory Advice for the sales and marketing team Drafting and vetting of the agreements/ saudas/ notices legal communication etc. Tracking customers/parties involved in ongoing legal cases and providing regular updates on the status to the reporting head and management Focus on Bad debts and follow up on maximum retrieval of the same Communicating and coordinating with these customers/parties on behalf of the Company and sharing timely updates. Maintaining records of correspondences, approvals, submissions, and renewals for marketing / customer elated audit and internal tracking purposes. Appearing in departments / court of law as and when needed on case to case basis Coordination with consultants and other lawyers for the latest developments / advice / suggestions Support marketing and finance team in providing relevant docs/data as required from time to time.
Role & responsibilities Operate and monitor Sunflower & Soya refining units: Neutralization, Degumming, Bleaching, Deodorization, Filtration Maintain process parameters: temperature, pressure, vacuum, flow Execute batch operations & chemical dosing as per SOPs Record production data, log sheets & shift reports Coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues Ensure adherence to plant safety, hygiene & quality standards Assist in start-up, shutdown & cleaning operations Preferred candidate profile Mandatory experience in Sunflower & Soya refining operations Strong understanding of edible oil processing equipment Ability to manage continuous & batch process operations Knowledge of safety procedures & chemical handling
Role & responsibilities Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments such as transmitters, analyzers, flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and control valves Troubleshoot instrumentation breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime Read & interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams Perform preventive, predictive & corrective maintenance Monitor PLC/DCS signals and assist during logic/loop checks Support commissioning & shutdown activities Maintain maintenance reports, logs & documentation Ensure compliance with plant safety standards & SOPs Preferred candidate profile Hands-on expertise with control valves, transmitters, and automation systems Ability to work independently and guide junior technicians Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
