Job Description We are looking for a motivated and result-driven B2B Sales Executive with prior experience in the US market to support our solar services business. The role focuses on US B2B solar appointment setting, engaging with decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to US-based businesses to set qualified solar-related appointments Identify and engage with decision-makers (owners, managers, directors) Present company services clearly and professionally Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM Follow up with prospects via calls and emails Meet daily and monthly appointment-setting targets Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in US B2B sales / appointment setting Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US-friendly accent Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills Familiarity with US business culture and time zones Ability to work from office and meet performance goals Preferred Qualifications Experience in solar, renewable energy, or technical services sales Prior experience in cold calling or lead generation CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) What We Offer Fixed salary starting from ₹30,000/month Attractive performance-based incentives Clear growth path in US B2B sales Stable work environment and supportive management Long-term opportunity with a growing solar services company Working Hours Aligned with US business hours.
