SOUND DESIGNER / AUDIO ENGINEER

The Sound Designer / Audio Engineer role requires a strong foundation in asset creation (SFX) and technical implementation. You will be responsible for crafting and integrating the immersive audio experience for ongoing projects, collaborating closely with developers, artists, and designers. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality sound effects (SFX) for games - Implement interactive audio using FMOD Studio / Wwise or similar middleware - Collaborate with the team to ensure audio enhances overall gameplay and user experience - Edit, process, and mix audio using professional Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) like Pro Tools, Logic, Reaper, or Nuendo - Utilize fundamental audio programming concepts such as parameters, states, occlusion, and spatial audio - Utilize field recording techniques and equipment for sound production - Showcase sound design work and successful implementation examples in a game context Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of professional experience in game audio, post-production, or a related field - Demonstrated expertise and portfolio examples using FMOD Studio / Wwise or similar middleware - Proficiency in a professional DAW for editing, processing, and mixing - Basic experience with field recording techniques and equipment - Knowledge of music editing / composition for games is a plus Please note that interested candidates must submit a Portfolio of prior work to info@holycowprod.com.,
