Role Overview As Campaign Manager, you'll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across performance and lifecycle channels. Your mission is simple: drive profitable customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Campaigns Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook, Reels) Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages Optimize for ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates Manage budget pacing and daily spend allocation to ensure efficient scaling WhatsApp & Email Marketing Build automated customer journeys on WhatsApp and Email. Design flows for abandoned cart, post-purchase upsell, win-back, and onboarding Segment user lists based on behavior and purchase patterns Data, Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Looker Studio , and Excel/Sheets Translate insights into next steps, experiments, or optimizations Share structured weekly performance reports with key stakeholders Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives Coordinate with sales and customer support to align messaging and funnel efficiency Identify new growth opportunities across organic and paid touchpoints Who We’re Looking For 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital campaign management Expertise in running direct-response ads on Google and Meta Experience with WhatsApp automation platforms and email marketing tools Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, dashboards, and Excel A performance marketer with a creative eye and growth-driven thinking Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce D2C funnels, or resin/DIY product space What You’ll Love About Working Here Ownership of high-impact campaigns from day one Fast-paced, collaborative, creative-first culture Freedom to experiment with a product loved by creators and professionals alike Ready to Apply?
