We're looking for a creative and detail-driven in-house Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing team at Soul Jams. In this hybrid role, you'll be capturing the essence of our live sessions behind the lens and shaping that raw magic into powerful visual content that travels across screens and touches hearts. From soulful artist moments to high-energy community clips, you'll lead the entire visual storytelling journey from filming on-ground to post-production, graphics, and final delivery. Your work will not just be "content"; it'll be experiences, memories, and the vibe of Soul Jams, told frame by frame. Key Responsibilities: Capture on-ground footage at Soul Jams sessions, Feel It Live gigs, and behind-the-scenes moments with a strong sense of rhythm, emotion, and storytelling Edit short-form and long-form videos, including reels, recaps, artist cuts, and branded content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Create visual assets such as session posters, social media carousels, and quick-turnaround motion graphics Produce time-sensitive content (e.g. post-session reels, announcement teasers) with speed and accuracy Edit music performances with a strong sense of audio sync, live dynamics, and emotional flow Maintain visual consistency across formats and cities, ensuring alignment with Soul Jams' brand aesthetic Support scalable content systems by building basic templates, presets, and design standards Must have and use their own personal equipment for shoots, while working closely with the creative and social teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): We must fill this position soon.
