About the Role The Founder's Office Intern will support the three founders in administrative, coordination, and operational tasks. This includes personal assistant duties, internal team management, scheduling, and project/task follow-ups. 3. Roles & Responsibilities Executive & Personal Assistance: • Manage founder calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements. • Coordinate stakeholder communication and manage email flow • Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including logistical arrangements and minor personal assistance • Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and reminders Team & Task Coordination: • Assign, monitor, and follow up on tasks for team members • Maintain project timelines and provide weekly reports • Assist in onboarding new team members and interns Operational Execution: • Assist in vendor coordination, documentation, email drafting, and basic research • Manage internal communication platforms (WhatsApp, Slack/Notion) • Support founder outreach, event planning, and meeting coordination 4.
