Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others. Design, animate, and integrate motion graphics including kinetic typography, lower-thirds, explainer elements, and visual effects (VFX) seamlessly into video content. Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life. Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all video content. Add visual effects, transitions, sound effects, and background scores that elevate storytelling. Color-correct, stabilize, and enhance footage to meet professional standards. Manage raw footage, organize media assets, and ensure timely delivery of all projects. Stay up to date with current video trends, social media formats, and editing techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of proven experience in professional video editing and motion graphics, preferably in a creative agency, production house, or digital content environment. Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, interviews, explainers, ads) video work, with clear examples of original motion graphic design . Exceptional sense of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ownership mindset. Demonstrated ability to design and execute high-quality 2D motion graphics and animation. Technical Skills - Must Be Proficient In Core Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve – for professional cutting and assembly. Motion Graphics/VFX: After Effects – for motion graphics design, compositing, and visual effects. Audio: Adobe Audition – for mixing, enhancement, and professional sound design. Optional but Preferred: CapCut Pro, Descript, or Runway (for AI-assisted editing workflows). Frame.io or similar tools (for collaboration and review).
