Role & responsibilities - Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. - Ensure preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plant - Investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas. - Training and creating awareness amongst Employees on Safety topics. - Developing and implementing Safety Policies. - Conducting regular safety audits.

Role & responsibilities Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Design workflows and layouts to improve production efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Automate processes to increase productivity and quality. Time Study to analyse, measure & improve production effficiency. Troubleshoot machinery and production line issues. Work with suppliers to source new technology and upgrades.
