Job Description We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of industrial air compressors and related solutions to manufacturing units. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business development skills, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the manufacturing sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and propose the right compressor solutions. Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients. Coordinate with the service/technical team for after-sales support. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. 1–5 years of experience in industrial sales (preferably in compressors, pumps, or capital equipment). Strong technical understanding with ability to explain product benefits. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
