The ideal candidate will lead and oversee multiple factories, warehouses, and operational functions, driving efficiency, excellence, innovation, and cost control across the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Operations ManagementLead end-to-end operations across multiple manufacturing facilities and warehouses.Define and execute operations strategy aligned with business goals.Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of products and projects with high customer satisfaction. Manufacturing Excellence & Lean PracticesImplement world-class lean manufacturing practices, continuous improvement (Kaizen), TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), capacity utilization, and production efficiency across plants. New Product Development (NPD)Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Sales for NPD initiatives.Ensure timely and cost-effective commercialization of new products. Cost Monitoring & ControlMonitor manufacturing and operational costs; identify and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.Drive supply chain efficiency, inventory optimization, and working capital control. Quality, Compliance & SafetyEnsure adherence to all quality standards, certifications, and statutory compliance across manufacturing and warehousing operations.Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Team Leadership & AdministrationLead cross-functional teams including Plant Heads, SCM, Projects, and QA/QC.Coach and develop a performance-driven operations team.Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Administration for smooth functioning. Required Qualifications & Experience EducationB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)MBA/PGDM in Operations/Administration/General Management (preferred) Experience25+ years of experience in capital equipment manufacturing and EPC project execution.Proven leadership experience in managing multi-location factories and warehouses.Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing and operational excellence programs.Strong understanding of project-based manufacturing, cost control, and customer-centric delivery models.
