Role Overview: At Solyte, a psychology-tech company, you will have the opportunity to write real psychometric items, analyse data, deep-dive into behavioural frameworks, build workshop content, organise behavioural data, and collaborate closely with the co-founders and core team on live projects. This role will allow you to be a part of a fast-paced, founder-led team where you can contribute to decoding human potential using science-backed tools beyond textbooks. Key Responsibilities: - Write real psychometric items such as Likert scales, scenario-based questions (SJTs), and more - Analyse data to support qualitative insights and assist in the interpretation of assessment responses - Deep-dive into behavioural frameworks by researching, refining, and simplifying complex concepts - Build workshop content by co-creating modules that shift mindsets and transform teams - Organise behavioural data by contributing to content systems, scoring rubrics, and logic flows - Collaborate closely with co-founders and the core team on live projects Qualifications Required: - Students or recent grads in Psychology, with a preference for those in I/O or NeuroPsychology / Behavioural Science / HRM - Excellent written communication skills and a strong understanding of behavioural concepts - Reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about building from scratch - Availability to work at various onsite locations in Bangalore at least 1-2 days/week is preferred - Bonus if you have experience in item writing, content creation, or academic research (Note: The company, Solyte, is focused on creating a psychology-tech company with a soul.
