Worst company to work.. You can't expect a job security over there. And the highlight is they don't like people dropping paper. Once they come to know people have plans to drop paper, MD will terminate the employee. People in the company have narror thoughts. Can't expect salary hike. Friends think thrice before joining the company.

Waste of time, worst interview process, I think here who all are given rating 4 because of compulsion from company side and there is no growth for freshers. Hence this is not a professional company.

Recently visited the solvedge. Its really a very friendly culture. I read all the reviews, some reviews are negative. It is a universal rule if the player is not playing good in the team will go out. And these negative feedbacks are given by such loosers I guess.
