Solutions Manager-Affluent

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation

• Drive CMS business across affluent and emerging customer segments.
• Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in acquiring new clients and enhancing existing relationships.
• Achieve targets related to fee income, liabilities, and product penetration.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base

Client Solutioning & Engagement

• Understand customer requirements and provide end-to-end CMS solutions.
• Design customized solutions across:
  • Collections
  • Payments
  • Liquidity Management
  • Digital Banking Services
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations with RMs.
Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solution

Product & Process Management

• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Technology teams for execution.
• Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal guidelines.
• Promote digital adoption and automation solutions.
Resolve client servicing issues within defined turnaround times

takeholder Management

• Work closely with:
  • Branch Banking Teams
  • Affluent/Business Banking Relationship Managers
  • CMS & Product Teams
  • Operations & Implementation Teams
Act as the single point of contact for CMS-related solutioning.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Track industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide feedback for product enhancements.
Identify emerging opportunities within affluent and SME segments.
