Job Description

As a Solution Engineer II at Setu, you will play a crucial role in reimagining financial products for the next billion users. Setu aims to enable individuals who cannot access traditional financial services such as insurance, credit, and investments by breaking down these products into fundamental building blocks and offering them as APIs to businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in consuming Setu's products effectively. You will be a part of the Solutions Engineering Team and will be involved in architecting, implementing, orchestrating, and integrating systems. Your role will also include mentoring other team members, taking end-to-end ownership of services, and creating well-crafted technical content and architecture diagrams. Engaging with customers to understand their requirements, supporting billers in onboarding to the Bharat Connect platform, and developing tailored solutions when needed will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. To excel in this role, you will need to possess empathy, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a burning desire to learn and develop deep fintech expertise. Familiarity with technologies such as Python3, Flask / FastAPI, OpenAPI, AWS Dynamo DB, and AWS infrastructure will be beneficial.
