We are looking for an experienced professional to manage travel bookings and help build our travel business operations. The role involves creating customized travel solutions, securing competitive pricing, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute travel bookings including flights, hotels, and packages Research and secure best available fares, group pricing, and promotions Prepare well-planned itineraries and travel proposals for clients Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely support throughout the journey Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers for confirmations and rates Manage digital travel tools, online portals, CRM and basic reporting Assist in expanding business channels and maintaining client relationships Required Experience & Skills Prior experience in travel reservations or operations (B2B or B2C) Knowledge of airfare structures, fare rules, baggage policies, etc. Familiarity with travel platforms (OTAs, GDS preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication and coordination skills Organized, reliable and able to work independently with accountability Service-oriented mindset and attention to detail
