Spacious and well furnished rooms. The owner is quite hospitable and although they don't provide meals apart from breakfast, they do arrange for it if requested.

Nice place to stay for business in OMR. Service and rooms are excellent and they also serve the breakfast complimentary. WiFi and dth tv are free.

Very bad services and not at all recommended for families. No responses from the reception if you call them on intercom. Even if you go to the reception and convey your problems personally, they shall give you a commitment that they will check.. but they wont.

Nice neat and clean rooms.
Staff is less in numbers so don't expect many services. They do cleaning in alternate days.

Lot of cockroaches. Heavy traffic of sewage vehicles in front of service apartment. Service was good.
