Job summary: We are seeking an experienced Flutter & AI application developer with strong exposure to cross-platform mobile development and backend-driven AI systems. The role requires hands-on expertise in Flutter app development, state management, and application lifecycle management, along with experience in building AI-driven systems such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and cloud-native deployments. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms. Implement robust state management and ensure smooth application lifecycle and version management. Build and integrate AI-driven features using backend services and RAG-based pipelines. Develop and maintain backend services using Golang and Python to support mobile applications and AI workflows. Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Docker Compose. Integrate Flutter applications with cloud-hosted APIs, AI services, and data pipelines. Manage application deployments and infrastructure on AWS, including EC2 and S3. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend services. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across environments. Work in Linux-based environments for development, deployment, and automation. Required skills and experience: Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile app development. Solid understanding of state management patterns and app lifecycle management. Experience developing and managing applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Proficiency in Golang and Python for backend services and AI integrations. Practical experience building and deploying RAG pipelines or similar AI-powered architectures. Strong experience with Docker and Docker Compose for containerized deployments. Working knowledge of AWS services, especially EC2 and S3. Experience working in Linux environments. Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Good to have: Experience integrating AI or LLM-based services into mobile applications. Familiarity with system scalability, concurrency, and multithreading concepts. Exposure to production-grade monitoring, logging, and performance optimization. Experience working in agile or fast-paced product teams. Role expectations: Ability to own features end-to-end, from mobile UI to backend and deployment. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to performance and reliability. Comfort working on both mobile and backend components of AI-enabled systems.
