Key Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering operations on electronic components and circuit boards as per technical specifications.
• Inspect soldered joints for quality, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Handle tools such as soldering irons, flux, and desoldering equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Support production targets by maintaining accuracy and speed in soldering tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Basic knowledge of soldering techniques for electronic components.
• Ability to identify and handle different types of electronic parts (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.).
• Good eyesight and attention to detail (manual dexterity is a must).
• Understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Electronics or related field preferred).
• Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in soldering/assembly operations.
• Gender: Male/Female candidates eligible.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹13,580 per month
• Attendance Award: ₹1,000 (per month on full attendance)
• Overtime: Paid at double rate
• Transport: Free Bus Facility
• Meals: Free Canteen Facility
