Office Administration & Support: Oversee daily office operations and workflow management. Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies and handle procurement. 2. Payroll & Attendance Management: Track employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.​(10 employees) Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee records.​ 3. Financial & Expense Tracking: Log and manage company expenses, including monthly bills. Maintain petty cash 5. Logistics & Shipping Documentation: Maintain export and shipping documents. Coordinate with logistics partners. 7. Compliance & Legal Documentation: Assist with GST, TDS, and tax-related filings. Maintain documentation for factory audits and labor law compliance. 8. Communication & Coordination: Act as a bridge between management, employees, and external stakeholders. Draft official emails, reports, and internal communications. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years in an administrative or office support role. Technical Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
