Designation Solar installer/Technician Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Installer located in Lucknow. The Solar Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. This includes the use of power tools and hand tools, ensuring adherence to all safety guidelines, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. The Solar Installer will also conduct site assessments and work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Qualifications Knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems Proficiency with Power Tools and Hand Tools Experience in the Solar Industry Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in various weather conditions and to perform physically demanding tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Relevant certifications or training in solar installation or related fields are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training is preferred
