Job Role

This position is responsible for the day-to-day SolarWinds operational activities.
24/7 support of SolarWinds.
Includes installation, configuration, and maintenance of SolarWinds.
Work with various support and application teams to resolve/prevent issues and escalations.
Should take a lead and drive various projects independently.

Must-Have

Seeking a skilled and experienced L2/L3 SolarWinds Monitoring Engineer to join our team.
Responsible for managing and supporting various aspects of NCM, NPM, NTM, SRM, SAM.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of SolarWinds tools.
