Job Summary: Solar Hub Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to manage and coordinate the preparation and submission of bids and tender documents for solar energy projects. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and track relevant tenders and bidding opportunities in the solar/renewable energy sector. * Analyze tender documents, including scope, specifications, and legal/commercial terms. * Prepare and compile accurate bid documentation in compliance with customer requirements. * Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, legal) for tender inputs. * Ensure timely submission of tender proposals and pre-qualification documents. * Maintain and update a database of past tenders, submissions, and outcomes. * Communicate with clients, consultants, and government bodies regarding tender clarifications. * Monitor tender outcomes and assist in post-bid negotiations or documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the solar or infrastructure sector. * Strong understanding of government e-procurement portals and tendering procedures. * Excellent documentation, organizational, and time management skills. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editors. * Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with government tenders, EPC projects, and solar project documentation. * Familiarity with portal-based submissions (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state e-tender portals).
