Prepare technical reports, documentation, and daily/weekly progress updates. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines at every stage of the project. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field. 1 to 5 years of solar industry experience preferred. Hands-on knowledge of installation tools, electrical systems, and site execution. Strong problem-solving skills ability to handle on-site challenges. Good communication and coordination abilities.
