Job Description: Providing technical supports of Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault and AutoCAD Mechanical to end users. Monitoring Autodesk servers. Investigating the root cause of complicated application errors and troubleshooting. Communicating with users from different countries. Working closely with users and cross-functional departments to communicate project status and action plans. Maintaining written records, technical documents and preparing reports. Developing training materials and procedures to train users. Developing software tools to automate tasks as per requirement. Solve tickets through IT Ticketing System with priority basis. Researching errors in a timely manner and follow up with the end user with recommendations and troubleshooting plans. Role & responsibilities : A Bachelor or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering with 0-2 years of professional experience (Preferable in design or Autodesk technical support) Proficient in design tools, 2D & 3D CAD (Preferably AutoCAD, AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Inventor Professional). Exposure to advance excel functions, formulas and Macros. Excellent communication skills, professional level of written and verbal communication in English. Preferred candidate profile Basic knowledge of Autodesk Vault Professional. Hands-on programming experience in Powershell / VBA / Python etc. Preferable basic understanding of Database (SQL Server) Understanding of IT ticketing system. Time management skills.
