Software Testing / QA

We are a software development company in Navi Mumbai. We build business apps for small businesses in India, and we release new features every week. We need a QA Analyst who uses our apps like a real customer, finds problems before our users do, and writes clear guides.

You do not need to write code. You need curiosity, a sharp eye and clear English.

What you will do:

- Use our apps as different users: a business owner, a manager, an employee and a customer.

- Follow written test steps, and also explore on your own: wrong inputs, the back button, a slow phone, two tabs.

- Report each problem clearly: the steps, what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot.

- Check each fix after our developers finish it.

- Write simple help guides and user manuals for our apps.

- Tell us when a screen is confusing, even if nothing is broken.

- Test on mobile phones and on computers.

Who we are looking for:

- A graduate. B.Com, BBA or BMS graduates are very welcome: our apps handle invoices, GST, payroll and attendance, and you will spot a wrong number quickly.

- BSc IT, BCA or BE graduates with an interest in testing are also welcome.

- A software testing course or ISTQB Foundation is a plus, not a must.

- Good written English.

- Patient, careful and honest about what you find.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
