Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional from the Pharma/Healthcare industry with strong software implementation skills to support the implementation and launch of a healthcare application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure the software application.
• Understand the application workflow and functionality.
• Train the administration team on system usage.
• Support patient records, medical history, and client data management.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve software-related issues.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of relevant software implementation experience in the Pharma/Healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of pharma/healthcare processes.
• Good communication, troubleshooting, and user-training skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
