Software Engineering - Full Stack Development

As a Java Developer with experience in microservices deployment, automation, and system lifecycle management (including security and infrastructure management), you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of Java-based microservices. Your primary Required Skills will include proficiency in Java, Hibernate, SAML/OpenSAML, REST APIs, Docker, and PostgreSQL (PSQL), along with familiarity with the GitHub workflow. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have knowledge in Go (particularly for automation and bootstrapping), RAFT Consensus Algorithm, and HashiCorp Vault. Your Key Responsibilities will involve: - Service Configuration & Automation: You will configure and bootstrap services using the Go CLI, as well as develop and maintain Go workflow templates for automating Java-based microservices. - Deployment & Upgrade Management: You will manage service upgrade workflows, apply Docker-based patches, implement OS-level patches, and enable controlled deployments and rollbacks to minimize downtime. - Network & Security Configuration: Your tasks will include configuring and updating FQDN, proxy settings, and SSL/TLS certificates, setting up and managing syslog servers for logging and monitoring, and managing appliance users to ensure security compliance. - Scalability & Performance Optimization: You will be responsible for implementing scale-up and scale-down mechanisms for resource optimization, ensuring high availability and performance through efficient resource management. - Lifecycle & Workflow Automation: Your role will involve developing automated workflows to support service deployment, patching, and rollback, as well as ensuring end-to-end lifecycle management of services and infrastructure.,
