Role Overview

C# and .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# and .NET code.
• Develop web applications, microservices, and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core / MVC.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database queries using SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Oracle.
• Integrate object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks like Entity Framework / LINQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new system features.
• Participate in code reviews, debug existing applications, and fix software defects.
• Maintain version control using Git or TFS/Azure DevOps.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Core Skills:

  C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API / MVC

• Database:

  SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, Stored Procedures, SQL query optimization

• Web Technologies:

  RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST)

• Front-End (Basic/Intermediate):

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap

• Architecture & Patterns:

  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Multithreading, 3-Tier / Layered Architecture

• Version Control:

  Git / GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps

• Good to Have / Preferred:

• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

Education

• Degree:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
