To excel in this position, you should hold a BE/ME degree in ECE, CE, CS, backed by 2-4 years of industry experience and at least 1 year of hands-on Golang experience. Familiarity with modern software development practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and deployment is expected, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, languages, and operating systems through training and practical exposure. Preferred qualifications for this role include proficiency with contemporary software development tools like GitHub and effective communication skills in English through both verbal and written channels.
