Job Description

Role- Software Distribution Services Description We are seeking a skilled Software Distribution Services professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing software distribution processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of applications to end-users. Responsibilities Manage software distribution processes and ensure timely delivery of applications to end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve software deployment strategies. Monitor and troubleshoot software deployment issues and provide technical support to users. Maintain documentation related to software distribution processes and update as necessary. Evaluate and implement new software distribution tools and technologies to enhance efficiency. Skills and Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in software distribution or related field. Proficiency in software deployment tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Jamf, or similar technologies. Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS environments. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash for automation purposes. Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols related to software distribution. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot deployment issues effectively. Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
