Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 8-20 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly skilled SDET with 3-5 years of experience in QA automation, ideally within a product-based environment . The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and a deep understanding of test automation strategies, frameworks, and tools. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Design and execute test plans for UI and API testing using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, and Postman. Define test strategies and contribute to high-quality releases through comprehensive automated test coverage. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Utilize CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc., to automate test execution pipelines. Perform SQL queries and data validation on relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. Maintain code quality using version control tools like Git. Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter is an added advantage.
